Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help if something isn’t right.
 
Exchanges:
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong size or product, we’ll gladly exchange it for you. Please contact us at merch@perimeterinstitute.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
 
Return Shipping:
If the exchange is because your item is damaged or a mistake on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For other exchange reasons, like wanting a different size than ordered, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
 
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that sale items, used, or opened products are final sale and not eligible for exchange. Clothing items can only be exchanged if they are in their original condition: unworn and unwashed.
 
Processing Time:
Once we receive your email, we’ll review your request within 3–5 business days and provide next steps for your exchange.
